About this service

"Interchange Western is a community based, not-for-profit organisation that has been providing quality respite services to families living with a child, adolescent or young adult with a disability for over 30 years. Our services include a host program, family based respite services, recreational programs and support services.

We currently provide assistance for over 400 families in the western suburbs of Melbourne including Local Government Areas of Brimbank, Hobson's Bay, Maribyrnong, Melbourne, Melton, Moonee Valley and Wyndham.

Our purpose at Interchange Western is:

To improve the quality of life of our clients, carers and their families by enabling access to positive social experiences and connection to the community in the Western Region of Victoria.
