1. About this service

   Western Emergency Relief Network (WERN) makes a difference to those in our Community who are in need, by providing emergency relief and assistance through Member Welfare Agencies.
   
   Brimbank City Council Youth Services is your local member welfare agency. Please contact Brimbank Youth Services on 9249 4000 or bys@brimbank.vic.gov.au if you are in need of household items or would like more information. 

   Emergency Relief is in the form of household furniture and items, such as couches, beds, tables, white goods, kitchenware, bedding etc. Items are available at no cost and subject to stock levels and availability and you will be responsible for collection and transportation of items. WERN & BYS do not provide a delivery service. 

   
   Note: please contact Brimbank Youth Services rather than WERN as access to WERN is via Brimbank Youth Services and other member welfare agencies.
