headspace Sunshine offers young people aged 12-25 access to a range of no and low cost health and wellbeing services. The youth-friendly health professionals can help with:
- Mental health & counselling.
- Alcohol & other drug services.
- General health.
- Education and employment opportunities & other services.If you or someone you know is having a tough time why not try talking to someone about how you have been feeling? headspace is a great place to start! You can talk to an intake worker about making an appointment by calling 9927 6222.
You can also ask your GP, teacher, youth or community worker about making a referral to headspace Sunshine.

Public transport information
headspace Sunshine is located in the Visy Cares Hub Building. (Melways Ref 26, H12) The closest station is Sunshine Train Station (about 5 min walk). The Sunbury and Watergardens/Sydenham lines will take you to Sunshine Train Station. Exit the station by turning right at the end of the platform ramp. There are a number of buses that you can catch to Sunshine Train Station: Bus 408 - St Albans - Sunshine- Highpoint. Bus 471- Williamstown to Sunshine. Bus 410- Sunshine -Footscray via Ballarat Road. Bus 454- Sunshine - West Sunshine via Glengala Road.
